REFUND POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the personal nature of beauty and skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened items for health and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items without original packaging
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Sale or clearance items
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund for verified defective items.
Return Process

Refunds
